Her Mother Ann takes her to a Doughnut Shop after school everyday.  Nora is a clever young lady who becomes very observant of people in Doughnut Shops.   Why so many Doughnut Shops?  Why are some Parents mean?  Why so many Bullies?  Why is Diabetes rampant?
