Health – Baby’s to Adults
This is obvious. When we are in the womb of our Mother’s we are not thinking about health. New born’s don’t think about health. It’s automatic when we are new born’s to know when we are hungry and we cry. We depend on our Mother’s or someone to feed us. We cry until someone come’s to our rescue us with food and drink. As a new born, hopefully we are being fed nutrition we need to grow strong and healthy. Hopefully we were born into a family who understands the importance of nutrition. As we grow older throughout the years we develop taste buds, often we either like the food or we don’t. Most everyone loves and becomes addicted to sweet food’s. Hopefully we are not being fed sugar, processed food’s from the the get go.
As we mature and start thinking for ourselves, most often we aren’t thinking about what we eat until something sparks our minds to think about health, to think about what we eat. We may stop depending on our parents, our doctors to tell us what we should eat or not. On the other hand, some of us need their support because it may be too late. Heath has gone haywire, something is wrong and now we need the help of other’s.
Taking care of your health when we are young enough to think for yourself makes it so much easier as we age. I personally did not until after I developed Diabetes. I look back now and think to myself.. Could have! Would have! Should have!
In today’s world everything is so easier with the internet to research. Hopefully most everyone can easily access the WWW – World Wide Web, if not hopefully there are still library’s full of book’s to read on just about any subject. Take care of yourself while you are young, take care of yourself while you age. Life is so much easier when we are healthy. Health is far more important than all the gold in the world. We can’t eat gold, silver or money. It’s not hard to eat or drink healthy food’s or drink’s. We do have choices of what to purchase at the grocery’s store’s or farmers markets. When possible make the best choice for your body and mind.
Thank God for angles who surround us to guide us. Thank God for the food we eat.
